Hong Kong Drug Office has provided the latest set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) on their official website at the end of April 2022.
The page for FAQs covers a range of topics, which are general information, registration of pharmaceutical products, clinical trial, import/export of pharmaceutical products, licensing, and other relevant topics. There are 46 sets of questions and answers available.
They have shared information on drug registration, document requirements, costs, timelines, and labelling of pharmaceutical products along with other topics.
Issues or topics that may be rarely discussed have also been included, such as dealing with expired medicines and dangerous drugs, laws regarding advertisement to consumers, as well as the reporting of counterfeit activities.
